Our lamb is pasture raised, grass fed until 11 months and then finished off with grain. They're brought in for processing at 12 months of age. Price is $5.50/lb of hanging weight (carcass weight), and processing costs are added on to that. To reserve 1/2 of a lamb, a $150 deposit is required up front and remaining balance (based on actual hanging weight) will be due upon pickup or delivery of final product. You can expect a mix of leg roasts, shoulder roasts, loin chops, shank and ground lamb. Pre-ordering allows for you to request a more tailored mix based on your desires.
